Hi

I was hoping you could give me your opinion on cohabitation proof.
My wife was on WP and changed to my dependent, she would finished 3 years as dependent when I will be apply for ILR.
Will the following be sufficient document for prove our status?
Only common bill :
1.5 years of common credit card bills(main & dependent)

Separate: Following are not with common bill/statement – both will be submitted with their own names
- 2 yr Bank details (dependents and main separate but same address)
- P60 (dependents and main separate but same address)
- Letter from landlord(British citizen) stating we have been leaving together for 3 yrs (no names in council tax, TV license)
-we have not continued to stay in the same house for these years
- Driving licence – dependent with house address for 2 years
- NHS registration – both different, same address (dependent for 1.5 years)
- Voter registration – same address, 2 yr
- Dependent started company with the same address(but main applicant was added as lately) – 2 years

Appreciate if you let me know if this is sufficient as we don’t have any bills in common for complete 2 yrs, if this is not sufficient then I will plan to apply for Tier 1 instead.

Thanks

Cohibitation means living at same address.

The list of proof you have mentioned in your post seems OK and sufficient.

I hope you will not have any problem at all...

Best of Luck
