ILR - Salary points

All,
I scored my Tier1 extention points on Net salary as company take care of taxes.
Due to some structural changes, salary slip for last month released late and salary which deposited to my account on time has been shown as advance salary hence net salary in salary slip showing as 0.
Now I am worried, how case worker will take this up.
would he be accepting this for my ILR salary points ?
please advise.
