Query regarding paid leave

Hi,

Not sure if this would have gone into any existing topic.

I was made redundant on 20 Jan 2010 and then I was on one month's notice. I was paid for the month of Feb (one month notice), March (statutory pay for redundancy) in 2010.

After being made redundant on 20 Jan 2010, I left for India on 22 Jan 2010 for a extended holiday up to 3 April 2010. My confusion is, do I put the period I was paid as part of my one month notice and statutory redundancy as paid annual leave in my absences sheet for ILR? And do I have to get a letter from the employer if I did put them down as paid leave. I have final pay slip as proof though.

Thanks for help.

what are your total no of absences and what was your visa at that time? If absences are less than 180 total or 90 in a single trip, then you shouldnt have a problem. If you look at SET(O) form it doesnt ask whether the leave is paid or unpaid. Only if you go over 180, a detailed spreadsheet is prepared (even then its not mandatory).
