Hello All,
One of my friend wants to know is there a problem for ILR. He is away with personal absence of 179 days in 5 years and business absence of 41 days. The business absence is apporved by company in their letter.
Second question is he is applied for SAR file recently to get the in/out of the country immigration details. But he didn't receive except the information of one, the date of first entry in to UK. Is Home office hold this data? or is there any agency we need to request for this data? He has used IRIS some times. Is there any away we can contact IRIS department.
Experts Kindly reply to the above...

1- If employer certifies absences, it should be ok.
2- why cant he look at his passport and gather all info from the stamps in passport.
