exercising the right of access to a child

Hello guys,
Pls I do need some urgent advice on what to do in my present situation.
I was admitted to the UK on a 28months spouse visa which is abt to expire in December.I ve split from my ex over a year now and I have just only manage to get a contact order for my 2yr old son 2months ago.am about to apply for flr(o),but don't know how to prove my childs visit me on a regular as my ex has stop me from seen my child last week,even though I have a contact order which states my child to stay with me every other weekend.
My question is should I go ahead with the application been that I have contact order already,will the home office check if my son visits or stay with me.how do I prove that my son visits me,pls help am confused.

apply with the contact order. consult a family solicitor regarding having the order enforced.

thanks for the reply mate.pls can you tell me which document and what form i need to make this application? and also do you have any idea how long it normally take for the application to be processed as i am appling through the post as i cant afford the premium application.thanks once again for your reply.cheers.
