Currently on Tier 1 -dependent visa BUT completing my 10 yrs legal stay by the end of september.

The question
--Being on a dependent visa am i eligible to apply for Long residency or not?
--My wife main applicant she was out of UK for 6months and one day(on maternity) can she apply for ILR

(we both came to UK in Sep2001)

Any suggestion on these is greatly appreciated :)
