ILR under JR -> Bus ticket fine

Does Bus ticket fine cause any issue while applying for ILR ?
My wife paid fine last year on the spot when she forget to touch her oystercard in bus.
She is my dependent. I am applying for ILR in Nov under HSMP (JR).
Please kindly advise....
