Dear all,

I have applied and got HSMP visa before 07 November 2006 and I am eligible to apply for my ILR from 30 Sept 2011. I have got initially 1 year and after that 4 years visa. As I got my HSMP visa before 07 Nov 2006, I will be under HSMP JR. I need your advices on the following few things, anyone please advice-

1. Got a driving offence on 06/06/2006 (Conviction code is LC20- Driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence). Was driving with an International driving licence for more than a year. Court gave me 3 points on my licence and £50 fine. Please advise, whether I should declare that on SET(O) form. As mentioned on the set(o) form-
7.1 Do you or any dependants who are applying with you have any criminal convictions in the UK or any other country (including traffic offences) or any civil judgements made against you?

2. Thinking of submitting the ILR application by person. Please suggest, which UKBA Public Enquiry Offices should I go? From where I will get good and quick service.

3. Is there any minimum fund I need to show in my bank statement as I am applying with two dependent (my spouse and one child).

Your advice will be highly appreciated.

Regards

Ostad

Hi Ostad, IMHO you should declare the driving offence, however rest assure that your ILR would not be affected due to this as you are covered under the HSMP JR.
All the PEO offices should be the same, except for Cardiff which does not issue visas the same day rather sends the PP to Sheffiled office for stamping, which you should normally get within a week time.
