ILR - Error in PEO Appointment Booking

Hi All
Do any one received the following message while applying for online PEO appointment. Since last three days, I am getting the same message.
APPLY ONLINE
Sorry, an error has occurred while processing your request.
We can not complete your appointment booking. This is due to a technical problem. Please try again later
Can any one plz help me - what is the alternative.

There is a technical fault which hs also been reported on the UKBA website, but keep trying you will eventually get there. Sometimes by reloading the page.

I have also emailed about the Error to UKBA webmaster via email.
I am also getting the same error message I have been trying since last Friday. The webiste was workign all right till Friday 12 aug 2011 4:30 PM.
Do you think Keep Reloading will solve the problem ??
Has any one got through the system ??

We are currently experiencing technical problems with our online system for booking UK appointments. You may be unable to book an appointment at our public enquiry offices or biometric enrolment centres in the UK.
We are working to rectify this problem as quickly as possible, and will update this news story when it has been resolved.
We apologise for any inconvenience. There is no need to contact us about this.

If you try at different points of the day it works sometimes.
