Got ILR today for me and my wife.
Applied under HSMP judicial review
Documents submitted
1. Employement letter with my salary
2. 3 months pay slip and bank statement
I told them about my overdraft.Case worker told me that they were looking only for my salary in the bank account not balance funds.
I did offer them my other current account statement and P60.Case worker said my salaried bank statement was enough.
Thats it.
Hope this information is helpful.

Hi
As I have mentioned in my post
I was asked only the bank statement which my salary gets paid into.
I specifically asked them about my overdrawn account which my salary gets paid into and the case worker clearly told me that they are only looking to match the payslip and the salary amount in the bank statement. They were not looking for any funds.
But take the savings account with you as they may be interested.
PS:I did offer them my other current account. The case worker said they are not required.
Hope this is helpful
