Thank you all for sharing experiences, making suggestion and advice.
My son got ILR today under HSMP JR pre Nov case
Documents submitted through consultants
1 UKBA initial HSMP approval letter & Extension letter
2 Three payslips & last three months bank statement
3 5 P60 & Employer letter
4 Cohabitation for last 2 years as his wife has been with him 5 years
All original documents returned except employer letter

Suggestion Just required documents, no more no less

NEED FORUM MEMBERS SUGGESTION NOW

We have tons of paper work from day 1 all payslips, bank statement, photocopies of applications submitted, all utilities bills and you name it. Can senior guys suggest that we should shred all previous papers and just keep latest 6 months records. It is really a hassle to keep so much of paper work. Please advise if we would ever require these documents at any later stage

We ticked 3(1) and 10G. I am not sure what kind of cover letter was written by the consultant. Thanks for your wishes
