I am covered by HSMP JR Policy doc.
I am self employed.
My Business is not growing in this economical climat. Last year I submitted tax return with 9500 pounds -net. I paid tax to Revenue 950 pounds. This year 2010/11 the business showed 9900-net.(it will be the same ammount of tax)
At the time when I applied (2006) the requirement was-"...to be economically active either in employment or self employment or in combination of both of them".
Now in SET(O) i have to tick (10G) that the business is growing.
Any suggestions,Guys?
Will it be any complicated questions smth.like: "How did u survive or sustain urself and partner with this money?"... or PEOs are not interested in this , and I just need to be economically active?
Who knows,Guys?

Please check 10G again. It does not say business is growing, it only ask you about progress of business. JR case do not need income threshold therefore please do no panic. Yes a valid question could be how did you survive on such low income. You know the answer yourself. Law allows you to get money from family/friends but their accounts need to be submitted or at least permitted for scrutiny.Better if you have documentary evidence of support

thank you,khalidmirza.for ur prompt response.
if i do not have such evidence, will it jeopardize my ILR.?
Actually ,theoretically.there is no threshold and no rule about how much i must have.
If they want (for example) to refuse on this basis, how the Peo will explain the reason for refusal as there is no requirements for the earning in my case.?
