Hello all,
I am doing final check for my ILR PEO appointment.
I have 2 below queries , please advise.
1) In SET-O form on page 20, D1 they have ask to tick if I have completed lawfull 5 years in UK.
Buy I am short of 23 days to complete 5 years and going for ILR as can do 28 days before .
What should I select ?

2) I am submitting last 12 months of salary slips as salary proof .
My first 6 salary slips having first + middle name
and other 6 having first+last name.

Do you think it’s going to be an problem ?

I suggest wait till you complete the 5 years before you submit your application.

not necessary I don't think so, he can apply 28 day day window before 5 year.

you can apply within 28 days of the expiry date of 5 year period. For sure!
