Hi,

I am currently in Tier 1 which expires on 22 Apr 2012, I will complete my 5 yrs stay by 6th May 2012, as per the rule i should be able to apply for ILR after 7th April 2012, my question is regarding the forms that needs to used for my wife and kids.

I know that I need to apply using SET(O) form. my wife and my first son entered UK along with me so they will also complete 5yrs with me. and my second son was born here. can you let me know whch form to use for my wife and kids.

also can you let me know how early can i book my PEO appointment. as i need to get an appointment between 7/04/2012 and 22/04/2012

All of you family can apply on the same form as you. If you want to save a bit of money, you can omit from the application the son that was born in the UK and, instead, put that saving towards the cost of registering his British Citizenship (assuming you wish him to have that status).
