Dear Mr MK7 or any one,

I am seeking expert advice on the followings,

1. While completing my SET 0 Form, Under section 3, section B in the 1st line says,
Tier 1(general) Miggrant applying under terms of the HSMP FORM

and

8 line says,
HSMP skill miggrant under the terms of HSMP ILR judicial review.

As I got my HSMP in Oct 2006 and came to uk 16th of Oct 2006,
which colum should i tick?


2. Further Should I submit any photo copies of my documents?
if so what could be and how far should i take? (ist it 1 year or 6 months,
bank statement, p60 etc)

3. Last one,Under section 6, I went holiday 29/03/2011 and came back
16/04/2011.

but first i came to uk 16/10/2006.

Should i put 16/10/2006 or 16/04/2011?


Your expert advice much appreciated as I have booked my PEO appointment on 21 st of Sep 2011.
