Hi
I have lawfully lived in Uk for 11 years now.I am going to to apply for the ILR in the long residence category by appearing in person at a PEO.
Is there a big waiting list if I want to appear in a public enquiry office?
1)After I get my ILR ,what duration visa will they give to my wife and son under the category of (dependant of a settled person in UK)? ie FLR (M).

2)My daughter who was born in UK can apply for British citizenship if i get my ILR isnt it?
How long will it take for her british passport to arrive from the date I apply? Is there a quick route for getting british passport for my daughter after I get my ILR

You cannot make an in-person application for settlement under long residence.

1a. Your spouse and son must apply for FLR(M) after you are granted settlement and before their current leave expires (or at the same time as you apply for settlement, if their current leave will expire before you expect to be granted settlement).
1b. Two years (285).

2a. Yes.
2b. Only British citizens are entitled to British passport. After you are granted settlement, your UK-born-daughter must first apply for registration as a British citizen and upon registration apply for British passport.
2c. No.
