Hi,

I was granted hsmp in october 2006 and i am applying for ILR under hsmp judicial review.I will be providing P60s for the last 5 years, however, I will provide salary slips since april 2011. I have printed salary slips from our HR portal which are available to us online. Is there any issue with printed salary slips?

My employer has given me Employment letter which mentions my Grade and Annual salary .

regards and thanks.

Anything printed from web portals need to be verified (Signed and Stamped) by the issuing authority of the document.

If you have more than 2 types of proofs e.g. P60 / Employer Letter / Contract Letter / Bank Statment then printed salary slips should be OK...

Hi ,

Hope the below guidance helps your case :

For a salaried employee, formal payslips or on company headed paper. If the payslips
are not provided on company headed paper or they receive their payslips on line, the
payslips should be stamped and signed by the employer or alternatively a letter should
be provided on the employer’s company headed paper confirming the applicant’s
earnings both at the time of their application for further leave to remain and now.
