Hello members,

I am a bit confused with the new criminality threshold requirements and need your help with regards to that.

I (and my family) have no criminal records in the UK or anywhere else in the world. So is it enough if I mention in the SET O form that I (and my family) are free from any criminal convictions .i.e have no criminal records? Or do I need to prove that we have no criminal records/convictions? If I have to prove that we have no criminal records then what documents do I need to produce? Do I need to get a CRB certificate?

I have my interview scheduled in October so it would be great if you could help me.

you dont have to to a crb check at all, they can check if they wish. good luck, you just have to tick in the form that you have no criminal records.
