ILR eligibility

I have been living in UK for 6 years as per below:
Year 1 - Student Visa
Year 2 - Work Visa under Science and Engineering Graduates Scheme (SEGS)
Year 3 & 4 - HSMP Visa
Year 5 onwards - Tier 1 (General) visa that will expire in Feb 2013
I would like to know if I am eligible to apply for ILR in Feb 2012, after completing five years stay on SEGS work visa, HSMP and Tier 1 (general) visa.
The key factor here is if SEGS work visa is going to be considered for ILR?
