HI guys I got my ILR same day on work permit(5 year) same employer.
work permit was issued on restaurant manager for £14500
salary increases on 2010 and in 2011 to £19200

document submitted
employer letter
3 month pay sleep
3 months Bank statement
1 P60 last year
life in the uk test my one and wife one
2 year cohabitation document
daughters birth certificate

that's it.

yes my salary is according to code of practice. if it's bellow you need to chose different soc code which nearly match to your job description and salary is lower think that's help.
