Can you please help me!

I was in the countr intially when i applied for HSMP in 2006.

1) Intiall approval received in nov then sent my passport for stamping.

Now the letter i received with the passport shows the date as 08 /dec/2006 , BUT on the passport it shows 11 DEC 2006 as stamping date.

2) i got the extension for 3 years in 2008 which expires on 08 DEC 2011.

i called to book appointment and they are saying i am short by 3 days. So i cant apply on 10 nov 2011 and it should be after 13 nov 2011??

I have already booked appointment for 10th. Any help please wuld be really appreciated.

I am really very stressed dont know what to do.

Cancel the one scheduled for 10-Nov, as you cannot apply before 13-Nov.
Schedule an appointment for any day between 14-Nov-2011 and 08-Dec-11.

i have just cancel the appointment and rebooked for week later.

Cant believe home office missed 3 days and the think its my fault.
