Hi Everyone,
We had a successful day at Solihull today. We had an appointment at 9:30 am. Reached PEO at 9 am.
Had an airport style security check and was given a ticket.
My number was called at 9:40.
No. of applicants: Main applicant and Dependant
Documents I carried:

1) - Completed Set(O) form including 2+2 photographs
- 3 months payslips
- 3 months bank statements( joint account)
- 4 P60s and for 1 year HMRC tax statement
- Our Passports
- Letter from Employer confirming my designation, salary, date of job commencement, want me for as long as possible in company and stating all leaves taken during my tenure were paid leaves.
- HSMP to Tier1 migrant extension letter issued in 2008. Its mentioned in the letter that my visa extension was considered under HSMP JR.

2) - Cohabitation documents ( NHS letters on our names, Driving licenses, Council tax letters, tenancy agreement and some utility bills from last 21 months)
- 9 months payslips ( Oct 2010- July 2011)
- 9 months bank statements ( Oct 2010 - July 2011)
- Marriage Certificate

3) Supporting documents attached when I applied for HSMP in 2006 i.e. my UK degree and previous experience certificates on which I claimed points initially.

Caseworker asked for Set(O) form and Passports initially. He checked the form and ran some checks on passport.
After that he asked for 3 months payslips, employer letter and latest P60.
After couple of minutes, he asked for marriage certificate.
Then I was told that our application has been approved and asked me to deposit the fees (£ 2025) at next counter and to collect passports in couple of hours.
All this conversation took 10-12 mins and HSMP JR was not mentioned in conversation not even a single time. Caseworker was quite competent.
We collected our passports at 12 noon.
I would like to thank all senior members and to this forum for valuable information posted.

Many congratulations for your success.
Which section you ticked in 3 and 10 ? Did you do cover letter to support your app ?
Did Case worker asked any other co-hab docs other than marriage certificate?

Please kindly advise.
Thanks

Hi Fora/Nehalbhagat,
Good luck with ur application. You dont need any cover letter. i think its not required for PEO application.
- I ticked Tier 1 migrant under HSMP judicial review under section 3 and 10G under section 10
I was not asked any cohabitation document other than marriage certficate
Hi Son_of_soil
i think, recent P60 along with recent payslips are most important part of application. Even CW did not ask for bank statements. All the best :)

Hi congratz.
One quick question - i have about 105 days absence - no absence > 30 days and it was all vacation.
But my employer letter doesnt say that the vacations are paid holidays - is it mandatory for the employer letter to mention that all holidays/absences are paid vacation?

HI Hsmpflr3,
I dont think it is required.
My HR guy voluntarily added. You are well within leaves limit. I think maximum allowed are 180 days of absence ( Seniors, please correct me if I am wrong)
Good luck with your application.
