Hello everyone,
Just a quick question.
Do I just select 10G in section 10 or I have to select anything alse aswell.
Oh yes one more question about the payment. Do I just fill first payment section on page 3 for postal application (applying by post)? which would be 1458 for myself and one dependent (wife). Right?
I am applying on 23-11-2011 for ILR as it is going to expire on 12-12-2011. I recieved my HSMP Approval letter on 18-08-2006. I guess i am coved by JR Review policy.

I am applying for ILR on 22-nov-2011 at PEO Croydon @ 11:15AM. Currently I am on HSMP which is expiring on 12-12-2011. I received My HSMP Approval Letter on 30-08-2006 (which means I am covered by JR).
I am working as a security officer and on 14-11-2011 new company is taking over the site where i been working since last 6 years. So I will be working at same place but it would be new company.
1- My first question is that I just need employer letter from new company to take with me on visa appointment day? Or do I need any other doc as well from new company. I have got all prevoius pay slips, bank statments, p60 and etc.
2- Second question is do I need to take my wife aswell on Visa oappointment day or it would be ok to go by myself and all dependent doc?

1. Just take a letter from the new employer stating that you have become an employee on their payroll from 14-Nov-11.
2. Dependants presence is not mandatory.

As I have mentioned in my previous post that I am going at PEO on tuesday 22-11-2011. My employed has been changed on 16-11-2011.
I have requested my new manager to give me employer letter and he is going to scan and email me because there is no way I can get it before tuesday by post.
So is it gona be a problem to take a scan copy of my new employer letter?
or shall I not mention that my employer has been changed?

You need original documents.
I am glad you are not applying by post. Do look the forum about the misery we are going through by applying by post.
Good luck.

IMHO, don't raise the point or provide the letter unless questioned or asked about the fact. Ideally, the documentary evidence(s) must be original.
