Criminality Check Question

Hi Guys,

I am going to appy for ILR (on Tier 1 General) in three months and have a questions about criminality law:-

1, I have been changing address frequently between 2006-2009 and just doubt if any driving ticket (although I don't remember of any such incident) would have come to any of house I lived in this period which I might have missed out. However, I have been living at same address for last couple of years and no letter (finger cross) so far arrived at current address. Shall I bother about 2006-2009 record if anything missed out by me? If yes, should contacting DVLA will help?

2, I paid speeding fine by court in 2005 and points are now removed from my license. Is it ok to not mention it in my application? Shall I do CRB check before application?

Your help would be much appreciated.

Thanks
Nishu

1) just call DVLA

2) If conviction date is before 5 years of applying, you are OK not mentioning but nothing wrong in mentioning as they cant decline yr ILR if there's nothign serious about the offense.
