ILR documents requiremnt >>>HELP

First of all, Thanks for who is running this fourm. I found this place active.., current and prompt...
My question is about ILR document requiremnt. I am currently on Tier 1(migrant).
I just did my extension 2 months back and i now planning for apply for ILR.
Now do i only have to show 12 months pay slips and bank statements or i have to show 5 yrs P60/P45 for previous employments as well.
