Hie guys could really use your help. I have been in the U.K legally (no gaps) since 2002. At the moment I am awaiting an appeal decision for an unsuccessful application. The last visa I had was PSW. The appeal decision will most probably arrive in february 2012. but I have realised that by January 2012 I will have 10 year status in the U.K. And from what I understand Iam still legally in the U.K as long as I sent my appeal on time e.t.c. So is it possible to make an ILR application in January while my appeal in pending? they still have my passport anyway.

See The applicant completes 10 years continuous lawful residence or 14 years continuous residence while awaiting a decision of an appeal (page 25).

hi,,,i am in same situation my appeal decision is pending and after 3 months my 10 will be years complete....can u tell me plz whether i can apply for ILR
