ILR for WP dependent.

I'm on a Work Permit that ends july 2012 and I plan to apply for my ILR with my wife. at the movement she is back home ,she already had dependent visa.and would come soon. I would like to ask my wife didnt stay with me in uk for two years so far.

will she is eligible to apply with me . she is on WP dependent visa.

yeh dear , i did ,it mentioned only tier 1 and 2 dependent have to stay for 2 years. they didnt mentioned about WP dependent ?

You are lying that you read the above link, unless if you cant read or if somehow you are retarded.
Q - Does my spouse qualify with me for ILR?
A - Spouse must be in the UK as "dependant" to be included in the settlement application as dependant.
For WP holders (pre-PBS) and HSMP migrants covered by HSMP JRs, all dependants qualify for ILR along with main applicant irrespective of length of stay in UK (196E)
