i came to uk on 24th dec 2009--so 28 days rule applies-applying on 1st dec.
i filled online Set M forms and i will print and take to peo.

i organize doc in following order:
File-1
1.set M application
2.photos of both
3.life in uk test
4.Passports both

File-2

joint bank statement (last 16 months)-only single joint document we have

my bank statement 14 months-sep 2010-nov 2011

my selfemployment accountant letter for currunt year

my tax return of last year (jan-april 2011).

2 mnth wage slips that i only worked in 2010.

i have following others doc but i am bit confused how to arrange,i think i have to provide 10 letters (5 letters fom each) for 2 year span and min 1 letters from each quarter of the year of diffrent source am i right?

i have Gp card,DSA,NI letters,UK Naric letters,SIA license letters for year 2010.
i have Gp card,HMRC letts,Charity donation letter,fedex letters,electricity bill,credit card statments for year 2011.

my partner 2 year payslips,mob bills,p60,p45,hmrc letters,few employer letters.

so just need help how to arrange/manage these documents.

All that looks fine. As regards the last part, the important part is that it shows you both live at the same address, and yes it is spread out over the 2 years, but to my knowledge there is no specific requirement that there is at least one per quarter.

In particular, for the person who is newly arrived in the UK, it might take a little while for any evidence to be available.

How to arrange? I think broad categories, such as "Address evidence for applicant" and "Address evidence for partner".
