SOC codes

hie guys... apologies if topic is there somewhere... i cant seem to find it anywhere... i have read that your employer now has to state that you are earning above a certain rate.... was wondering where i would find this info..i can only find SOC codes and nothing about this...any help would be appreciated... and just to double check do I need P60s for the whole 5 years? I have payslips though....
