Hi

I have been granted ILR after 5 years on WP with same employer. First of all i have to thank this forum for the important guidance and help which helped me in preparing my documents and presenting my case.

I applied through my solicitor. The documents i prepared and gave to my solicitor were as follows

1- SET(O) form
2- Passports (mine, wife and my son)
3- salary slips (6 months)
4- P60 (5 years)
5- Employer letter (using template from this forum with SOC code and salary)
6- Birth certificate of my son (with attested translation from foreign office as my son was born in Pakistan)
7- cohabation documents (attested marriage certificate with translation, utility bills and bank statements with both names, surgery letters)
8- tenancy agreement
9- LIUK pass certificates for me and my wife

it was same day service.

I again thank this forum for the useful information and help.

Hi, congrats.
Question on p60: can I use a print out of a scan/ep60 or do I need original from the employer ?

Thanks.

If you only have Copy of P-60's you can do couple of things

1. Call up HMRC and Request for a Employment History Letter

2. Ask your employer to Certify that the P-60 forms are true copies.

These should suffice. I did option 1 and got my ILR.
