ILR for Tier 1 holders

Hi,

I used to be a work permit holder and then I switched to Tier 1.
I hope to apply to ILR some time soon.

A question regarding section 9.C of SET-O form: do I understand correctly that the age I am stating and get the points for is the age I had when I got my Tier 1 (e.g. if I applied for Tier 1 in 2009 I will state the age I had in 2009 not my current age)?

Thanks!

That's four threads you have now started to ask questions about the same subject (that being your ILR application). Why are you doing this?

Hi this because long posts tend to be boring and people will not necessarily read all my questions and I want to increase my chances to get replies. Hope this is not too much of a problem.

As far I understand, the Age is your age at the time of your current application. I haven't read anywhere that it is the age at which you got your first Tier 1.
