Hi,
I am due to apply for my ILR soon under the WP,WP,Tier1 route.

My question is : I have payslips for the past 5 years Do I still need P60 for 5 years as well or is it one of the "nice to have" document , in case the case worker asks?
Also, same question on HMRC employement hstroy letter?

If Yes, does the P60 needs to be original OR a printout of the original Scan copy would do?

Mods, Please let people answer this as this is a new uestion and its not related to my earlier topic! thanks.

HMRC Employment Letter is surely a Nice to have, but it is advisible to have the P-60s. (Just beacause that is the easiest way to verify your 5 year stay and income)

The application guidence doesn't say anything defenite about P-60, so it will be upto the Case worker to decide I guess.

As you already have 5 year salary slips, why don't you get an HMRC letter ( easyn to get, all you have to do is a phone call, they will send it to you in two weeks time) & go with all the copies of P-60. If you are still in touch with all your employers, you can get them to attest the P-60s / Get a letter saying that you were working for them and P-60s are genuine copies.

In my opinion, it is always better to be over - prepared than under - prepared when you go into a Visa Office.
