ILR Query - SET (M)

Hi,
I am living UK since November 2004 (WP Dependent+HSMP). From Feb 5,2010 I am in 'Spouse Visa'. My wife got her British Citizenship on May 2011. I have passed 'Life in UK test' on November 2009 along with my wife.
I am applying for ILR on Jan 2012.
My query is 'Life in UK test' certificate is still valid or I have to take this exam again?. Please advise.
