ILR Co-Habitation Proof Docs - My turn to feel unsure..

Excellent Forum, and my favourite website for the last few months. I am applying for ILR next week and have of course used this forum and the collective experience of all to prepare for my application. However, as prepared as I am, I still have doubts

The only thing I require clarification for is the proof of co-hab. All documentation for us has always been in my name, except for joint bank statements for which I only have statements for this calendar year. It, of course did not help we went paperless a few years ago, with less-important documents being scanned and then shredded.

Regardless, to prove co-hab for my wife and I, I will only be using the ORIGINAL P60's and HRMC annual tax coding notice letters, addressed to my wife for the last 3 years. This documentation has our home address listed on them. Will this be sufficient to prove co-hab or do I need to provide more documentation from different sources? I am thinking the HRMC letters by themselves can only help support my application...

Thanks for reading and you advice

Whilst I appreciate that you will be using the form SET(O) to make your application, I recommend that you also download a form SET(M) and have a read of that.

Why? Because on the form SET(M) there is a lot of guidance of the sorts of documents that can be used to prove co-habitation. Things like letter from GP, etc etc..
