Hello

I wanted to make an inquiry, I am going to apply for 10 year long residence ending Dec 2011. In 2003, my visa extension was refused but I appealled aganist their decision as it was the UKBA fault on their part and I was granted a visa after the appeal. Will this affect my 10 years long residence as I initiallly came to the UK in July 2001.

Could you please advice.

Thank you.

Read SET(O) form, which explains the documentary evidences required.
