Hi,
I have got a query about the prvious earnings to apply for ILR.
I am appling for ILR under Set-0.
Is there a requirement that my earnings should be in the same banding or a banding above as I first applied 5 yrs ago for tier 1 or should it be in the same banding when I applied for extension 3 yrs ago.
plz reply.
thanking you.

I was employed for last 6 months and am self employed now from 6 months. Regarding the accountant letter, do i need to get the account details from the accountant for just the self employment period or should i get the account details for the whole 12 month period.
plz reply.
thanks

1. Read the
policy guidance.
2. The accountant needs to certify earnings from "self-employment" only.

For your earnings in order to qualify for ILR you have to meet the past 12 months earning criteria in order to get points. More details are in Immigration Directorate Instruction Chapter 6A. As far as exceeding previous earings, I have never seen that as a requirement. So as long as you meet the minimum points (75 or 80) that should be fine.
