Presently I am on ILR and my naturalisation application is under process. and my wife is on FLR(M) her 2 year period will be completed by June 2012.

Now my queries are

1) can go for her ILR(set M) 28 days before her 2 year completion in in May 2012?

2) We are expecting baby in Jan 2012. and If I claim child benefits does this have any impact on her ILR

She can apply no earlier than 28 days before the equivalent date she first entered the UK on her spouse visa....and no later than the visa expiry date.

Claiming child benefit won't affect her application.
