hi,

I was first granted HSMP in May 2007 (for 2 years)
then extension under Tier 1 was granted in May 2009 (for 3 years).

I will be applying for ILR in April 2012, just 28 days before completing my 5 years in UK.

At that point in April 2012, I will have only 4 P60s to prove that I was economically active and was full-filling HSMP/tier 1 requirements. These P60s covers (year 1: 2007-2008), (year 2: 2008-2009), (year 3: 2009-2010 and (year 4: 2010-2011)

The final years P60 will not arrive at the time of my application at PEO croydon since i will be using same day premium service.

Anyone had similiar issue. Can I apply ILR using SET(O) form with only 4 P60s.

I have the P60s for the period prior to my HSMP/Tier-1 leave to remain but at that time I was student.

Please guide

Yes same problem here. I suggest you take all pay slips for missing period.

there isn't any issue I can see. Just take the payslips. Caseworkers may be daft but not that daft, they surely know when the tax years starts/ends
