any new changes ?

recently i have got post graduare work permit till may 2013 . is there any hope the 10 years residency rule will exist till then or it will be abolished to break my 10 years of strugles ?

1. The way government is making and changing the immigration law and specially categories leading to settlement and ILR, you can not predict what will happen.
2. The UK govt. is committed to bring the migration down and have brought chnages to more less every category.
3. Many MPs and the ministers have already signalled that 14 years route shud be closed on many occasions.
4. So far nothing has been mentioed about the 10 years category but u never know if govt. will make changes to it or not.

thankyou for your short reply , another year of worries and fear for immigration rules change . do not know will reach 2013 to get final destination . pray for us who are sleepless for years .
