Having problems acculmalatinf documents in joint names

I have appropriate documents from 2 sources
HSBc and EDF energy but BT have managed to spell a letter in my wife's name incorrectly a instead of k....otherwise it is in our joint name, do you think thats going to be ok.
As a back up we have 1 letter form NI in June 2011 and another from GP surgery in 2010 addressed solely in her name and I have the council tax letters during the same month.
Do you think that 2 joint account letters and 1 letter from GP surgery and 1 from jobcentre will suffice.

If you feel you are short of proof of address in joint names, submit others in single names.

If you feel you are short of proof of address in joint names, submit others in single names. They need to be spread as evenly as possible over the 2 years.

i am in similar situation. I am on old work permit scheme applying for ILR on 24th of this month. I have bank statements from halifax and hsbc for last 2 years on joint names,council tax statement on joint names. Do you think it is enough evidence?

I have other documents in single names but its from diffrent sources and months/years. Can i use them if not what is the alternative for this?
