Letter for absence for ILR.

Hello
I had a absence of 180days and 190 days twice.I am been employed by the same company since last 10 years.I had gone to India and working through the offshore and getting paid in INR.
My company has not paid any NI or Tax in UK during that time.My company is ready to give me the letter stating I was working in India branch but not ready to put about NI and tax which they have not paid.
will this letter be approved for my absence.Please let me know.
