ILR ---- query about recent payslips

Hi,

I am currently on Tier1(General) visa and due to apply for my ILR end of the month.

On the guidance page at this link http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... o04091.pdf

it says, "Payslip: This must be the most recent payslip. It must
be dated no earlier than one calendar month before
the date of the application
"

However on the SET(O) form - point based scoring for Tier 1 (G) migrants for previous earning it says this can be 12 consecutive months over the 15 month period before the date of application.

1) I have payslips running from Jan,11 - Dec,11, will they suffice??

Thanks in advance.

Gagan

if you are applying before you normally get your payslip that will be ok. it means pay slip should not be more than a month old.

This refers to Tier 2 applicants, not to you.

Lgagan, you are confusing Tier-1 and Tier-2.

As GG2011 suggested, it’s for Tier-2.
