My friend has some CCJ's registered against her name for unpaid debits ....credit cards and bank loan etc. Does this effect to her ILR application? Does she need to declare about CCJ's this on her ILR application?

If CCJ is not paid within one month then it will be in her credit file. She should declare it in her Application form.
