ILR @ Sheffield PEO

My husband has his ILR appointment for SET(M) application on 06-02-2012 at Sheffield PEO, has anyone been to Sheffield before if so what was the service, caseworker like? Do they decide on the application straight away? Can someone plz give there views thanks

I had a good experience at Sheffield POE the last time I went for my tier-1 extension.
The case worker was also a very nice lady.
As far as the same day decision is concerned, no one can guarantee you (no matter which POE you go) as it really varies in every case.
If your application is straight forward, you will get the decision same day.
