Hi There

I'll be going to Croydon on 26th of Jan. My 5 years comprise of WP for 6 months, then HSMP and then Tier 1 General. 3 employers in total.

I have contracts, reference letters, wage slips, bank statments from proviouse employers.

Question is, do I need a reference letter with SOC code from my first employer who got me WP or old refence letters should be ok if they ask me ?

Hi,

I think you only need SOC code if you are currently on WP and applying for your ILR. You dont need to show SOC code for your first WP now.
