Applying for ILR (10 years )

I am going to apply for ILR on the 10 years legal residence basis in couple of days.

im heard that HO increasing time limit from 10 years to 12 years lawful residence is this true.is this true?????????

i got a question that i applied for ILR on the 10 years basis.i had applied for the extention of my all visas well before it expired each time but there are difference between end date of old visa and start date o new visa .is this cause any problem???

From where you have heard this news? Because every one is saying different.

I'm heard this from one of my friend solicitor
