Missing P60 and payments not in bank for a short period

Dear All,
My details are as follows :
February 2007 to December 2007 : Work Permit in company A
Applied for HSMP and got approved and continued working in the same company A.
December 2007 to June 2008 : HSMP(Company Closed down)
Tier-1 extension applied in January 2010.
July 2008 to January 2012 (till date) - Working in Company B in Tier 1 extension.
Planning to apply for ILR during May 2012.
I got the P60s for 2008-2009, 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 (Company B) and will also get the P60 in May 2012 from Company B for the year 2011-2012.
I haven't got the P60 for the year 2007-2008 from Company A.
Problem is I got few of my salary payments during the period Jan 2008 to Mar 2008 by Cash in hand. I have the payslips for the entire period Apr 2007 to Mar 2008.
Would there be a problem if I apply for ILR in May 2012.
