Hi,

I recently got a penalty notice from my council for driving into a one way street from the opposite direction, which I paid. No points were given on my license for this.

Do I need to declare this in the ILR form in section 7 - Personal History, if I do then what documents do I need to attach with it as I made the payment online and just have a email confirming the payment.

Pls advise.. :?:

1. You do not need to declare this on the form.
