All of a sudden i dont trust my basic counting skills anymore. Maybe this illness can be linked to the fact that £1,350 of my hard earned dosh will be seen as a give if i get the dates wrong! lol My inital HSMP is dated 05/04/2007 and current tier 1 expiry date is 05/04/2012.

On what date will i become eligible for this ILR thingy?? Arthimeticians carry it away! lol :)

I have been in the UK (on and off) since feb 2002...premanently (as a student) since 2004, SEGS (2005-2006), HSMP(granted 04/2007) even though i applied in Jan 2007. Looooooong in this country!! :( Infact there are people i picked up from the airport when they first set foot on this country and they have British Passports now, and i'm still a visa boy! hahaha such is life i guess

If you are going for ILR based on completing 5 years of residence under HSMP + T1G, and if your HSMP was granted in country,
It will be 5 years (minus) 28 days since approval (EC Stamped).

I think earliest you can apply is on or after 8th March 2012.

i dont know where you guys are getting this info regarding appointments from...IT IS WRONG. i just logged on to the appointment booking website and there are hundreds of appointments available!! Of course thats as long as you dont try looking more than 42 days ahead, in which case there data is not yet visible on the system..

I would agree with hsmpengineer. I never had issues and I can see loads of appointments available.
