FLR BRP - How long its taking

Has anyone applied for FLR and BRP in last few weeks ? Can you please confirm how long has your BRP taken to arrive at your address?

Application for FLR(M) for wife

I searched forum to confirm the documents required for FLR(M). Please can anyone cross check the list below and confirm
1) 2 PHOTO of applicant WITH full name on the back
2) 1 photo of ILR holder with full name at back
3) English language qualificaton proof
4) Marriage certificate
5) Passport
6) Bank statement 3 months - ILR Holder and applicant (if employed)
7) Pay slip 3 months - ILR Holder and applicant (if employed)
Employment letter (if applicant employed)
9) ILR holder passpor

One more question - the applicant is working in the UK (She is on Tier 1 dependent currently and I got ILR recently). Can she continue to work in the UK with FLR(M)?
